The Savings Domain of BCEF-IT is seeking a Technical Leader Open / Java to join the Offerings Services Banking Insurance (OSBA) hub. You will be part of a squad comprising diverse profiles (Product Owner, IT Owner, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Tech Lead), interacting with other squads and domains.

On a daily basis, you will:
- Design and develop innovative IT solutions that meet functional and technical requirements.
- Support and develop the Software Engineers within the team.
- Implement best practices for architecture, design, and testing within the squad.
- Ensure the quality of the team's documentation and software work.
- Foster a culture of quality within your squad and lead Kata sessions.
- Actively contribute to the Agile transformation of the organization.
You will work in a mixed technical environment (Open and Mainframe). The work atmosphere is collaborative, supported by an active community of Technical Leaders and Software Engineers, regular exchanges (Chapter Meetings, Teams channels, monthly Dojos), and personalized support.
Historically based in the Paris region, we are opening a new Campus in Nantes (7 boulevard de Berlin - 44000 Nantes) to strengthen our expertise in development and specialized business areas. Easily accessible, just 10 minutes from the train station, this campus offers a pleasant and stimulating work environment. You will work in a Flex environment.

You hold a degree from an engineering school or a university program in IT (or equivalent), with a minimum of 7 years of experience in similar roles (excluding apprenticeships and internships).
